Title: Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor
Location: Rocklin, CA

Compensation: $35–$60 per hour, commensurate with experience and certifications

We're seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor who can lead and inspire a high-performing team of field technicians, ensuring top-tier service quality and compliance. This role offers a dynamic blend of leadership, hands-on field expertise, and administrative oversight. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations for fire sprinkler service technicians, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to code.
  • Oversee installations, inspections, repairs, and maintenance services in compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations.
  • Provide field-level technical support for complex jobs and service calls.
  • Mentor technicians by offering guidance on safety, troubleshooting, and system performance.
  • Monitor and audit work orders, job site reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate project logistics including scheduling, task assignments, and parts procurement.
  • Track inspection tag updates and ensure accurate red-to-green transitions.
  • Act as liaison with parts and supply teams to maintain readiness for field service activities.
  • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and company assets.
  • Enforce safety and quality control measures across field teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement efforts in service efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter; leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of fire protection codes, particularly NFPA 13, 13R, 13D, 14, 20, and 25.
  • NICET Level II in Water-Based Systems preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability in high-pressure environments.
  • Willingness to be on-call as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment:

  • This role is based in the field with office presence required on Mondays for scheduling and administrative work.
  • Exposure to both indoor and outdoor construction sites.
