Available Shift Times:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay, Benefits, and Perks:

• Competitive pay based on experience

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement monthly activity calendars
• Photograph and submit activity results for media
• Organize special activities and assist with marketing events
• Build relationships with referral sources for sponsorships and donations
• Coordinate volunteers from organizations and local groups
• Prepare snacks, set up, and clean activity areas
• Complete logs, reports, and maintain safety standards
• Assist residents with activities and mobility as per care plans
• Support other departments and perform concierge duties
• Work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 years experience in social or recreational programs, including 1 year full-time in healthcare
• Preferred: CNA license in Oklahoma
• Knowledge of psychiatric care and mental health
• Teamwork, effective communication, decisiveness, confidentiality
• Training techniques for clinical staff

Requirements:

• Ability to lead group activities, work reliably with elderly
• Basic computer skills, valid driver’s license, current CPR and CAPE certifications
