Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare is hiring an Activities Director to plan, organize, and oversee engaging recreational activities for residents in a caring, team‑oriented facility.

You will develop programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well‑being, coordinate events, and lead the activities team, ensuring accurate calendars and documentation in line with facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Activities Director preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing residents' quality of life.
