Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
  • Lead volunteer-based activities and programs to enrich residents' lives.
  • Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to develop volunteer networks.
  • Maintain a calendar of activities and events for residents and families.
  • Manage budgets and monitor expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in senior living.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to train and motivate volunteers and staff.
  • Maintain relevant certifications/licenses, such as CDL if applicable.
  • Knowledge of resident care regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new applications.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
