Regency at Bluffs Park is seeking an Activities Director to lead and coordinate a diverse calendar of senior activities, focusing on physical, mental and social well-being. You will plan, assess, and adjust programs to meet individual guest needs while collaborating with facility staff and volunteers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to supervise Activities Assistants while posting monthly calendars and ensuring guest engagement.

Competenze

• Licensed or registered, if applicable, by the State in which practicing; and
• Eligible for certification as a therapeutic recreation specialist or as an activities professional OR
• Has two years of experience in a social or recreational program OR
• Is a qualified occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant; or
• Has completed a training course approved by the State
• High school diploma required
