Job summary

Fusion Healthcare Ltd in Watertown, MA is seeking an Activity Aide to support residents through engaging group activities, maintain attendance records, and assist with outings and special events. This role helps create a stimulating, caring environment for residents in our facility.

The position requires a Diploma or GED and a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia is a plus and will be valued.

• Ability to self motivate.
• Flexible with schedule, weekends, evenings and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group activities.
• Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance.
• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized.
• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities.
• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties.
