Job summary

Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an activities team member to facilitate group activities and encourage resident participation. You will assist with transport to activities, manage supplies, and help with outings and special events.

Qualifications include a Diploma or GED, creativity, and the ability to self-motivate. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required, and Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required.
• Creativity and initiative encouraged.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia and other special needs is a plus.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Flexible schedule; occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays required.
