Description
Responsible for the ongoing implementation of the Engagement 3.0 philosophy (Friendships First, Programs Second, and Purpose Partners), including promoting culture with Sales partners and prospects.
Provide subject matter expertise to the community leadership team regarding engagement and quality of life for residents.

Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.
