Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring a Full-Time Memory Care / Bridges Activity Coordinator to create meaningful, engaging experiences for residents living with memory loss. This role focuses on planning and leading activities that support well-being, social connection, and daily joy.

You’ll collaborate with care teams and families, learn each resident’s interests, and bring energy, creativity, and compassion to memory care programming on daytime shifts, approximately 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, recreation, teaching, childcare, events, caregiving, memory care, or senior living.
• Comfortable engaging residents both one-on-one and in groups.
• Memory care or senior living experience is a plus; training available.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging activities, programs, and special events.
• Create experiences that support cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Spend one-on-one time with residents and learn their individual interests.
• Bring creativity and energy to daily memory care programming.
• Help residents stay active, connected, and involved.
• Partner with team members and families to create meaningful resident experiences.
• Support Arbor’s signature memory care engagement programs.

The Arbor Company is hiring a Full-Time Memory Care / Bridges Activity Coordinator to create engaging, meaningful experiences for residents living with memory loss.

Pay & Schedule

• $20 per hour
• Approximately 32 hours per week
• Daytime schedule — hours generally between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM
• Fridays off
• Every other weekend required — both Saturday and Sunday
• Some holidays required
• Occasional evening hours for special events

What You’ll Do

As our Memory Care / Bridges Activity Coordinator, you’ll help create days filled with purpose, connection, and fun. You’ll:

• Plan and lead engaging activities, programs, and special events
• Create experiences that support cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being
• Spend one-on-one time with residents and learn their individual interests
• Bring creativity and energy to daily memory care programming
• Help residents stay active, connected, and involved
• Partner with team members and families to create meaningful resident experiences
