Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring a Full-Time Memory Care / Bridges Activity Coordinator to create engaging, meaningful experiences for residents living with memory loss. The role emphasizes planning activities and events that support cognitive, social, and emotional well-being.

You’ll lead programs, work with families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure daily life is active and connected for residents. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading activities, programs, or events.
• Ability to engage seniors through memory care activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities and special events for memory care residents.
• Tailor programs to cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Spend one-on-one time to learn resident interests and preferences.
• Collaborate with care teams and families to craft meaningful experiences.
