The Arbor Company in Athens, GA is seeking a Memory Care Engagement Coordinator to create meaningful activities for residents within our six-dimension engagement program. You will foster connections and help residents thrive through creative programming.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in education, childcare, or caregiving settings.
• Interest in healthcare/assisted living.
• Passion for helping seniors.
• Experience in activities/engagement is a plus.
• Memory care experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful, engaging activities for residents through the six-dimension engagement program.
• Foster deep connections with residents and their families.
• Apply creativity and have fun while delivering programs.

• Previous experience as a teacher, childcare provider, event planner, or a caregiver.
• Seeking a career in healthcare/assisted living
• Passion for helping others and seniors
• Experience working in an Activities department in an assisted living community is a plus.
• Memory care experience is desired.
