Bethany Health Care Center in Framingham, MA is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team and enrich residents' lives through engaging, person-centered programming. The role is 32-40 hours per week with alternate weekends required.

You will plan, coordinate, and lead activities, reflect residents' interests, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certified or Eligibility for National Certification in Activity.
• Knowledge of Senior Montessori Principles highly preferred.
• Be creative and possess a positive attitude.
• Have an affinity for working with older adults.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
