Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL seeks an Activities & Recreation Attendant to greet guests, plan daily activities, arrange excursions, and keep recreation areas safe and welcoming. You will assist guests with transportation, reservations, and local recommendations while delivering outstanding service in a luxury resort setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of resort experience, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of safety

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact.
• Handle basic administrative, reception, and front-desk duties.
• Arrange transportation, tours, excursions, and activities when guests request them.
• Give information and recommendations on local attractions, shopping, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation.
• Make dinner and event reservations, get event tickets, and arrange special services.
• Provide or arrange general business services for guests.
• Plan and lead daily activities such as crafts, games, and special events.
• Clean and inspect recreational equipment regularly to keep it in good condition.
• Help guests with special needs use the recreational equipment and enter and exit activity areas safely.
• Support and enforce the company's safety programs and policies.

Position Summary
