Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain seeks seasonal staff to support village activities, events, and guest experiences. You will assist with setup, program execution, and breaking down event spaces across the resort, contributing to a fun winter season for guests and coworkers alike.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and hospitality or event planning interest, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality or events preferred.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the success of village activities through setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Assist with site prep, loading/unloading equipment, and managing games, inflatables, and materials.
• Operate village activities and implement alternate plans in case of inclement weather.
• Assist with the Village Movie Series, including planning, equipment setup, breakdown, and weather-related relocations.
• Act as a flexible, cross-functional team member by supporting various departments and children's programs across Snowshoe Mountain.
• Follow all safety and liability procedures to minimize resort risk.
• Contribute to the team's success by living Snowshoe Mountain's core values and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
