Evermore Orlando Resort is seeking an energetic Activities Advisor to lead a diverse range of guest-oriented programs and events in a luxury resort setting. You will engage guests of all ages, run group activities, and ensure safety and high service standards across all station activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate, lead, and execute a diverse array of activities, including but not limited to: crafts, sports, games, parties, themed events, and large‑scale holiday celebrations.
• Engage with guests of all ages, ensuring an energetic, positive, and welcoming environment.
• Handle guest issues and concerns promptly and thoughtfully, providing innovative, high‑quality solutions that exceed expectations.
• Speak confidently and clearly on a microphone to lead group activities and announcements.
• Uphold Forbes luxury standards in guest service, communication, and presentation at all times.
• Prepare activity areas in advance, ensuring all materials, equipment, and setups meet exact program requirements within 15 minutes of event start time.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances, weather conditions, and guest needs with creative solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, respecting and complying with leadership decisions, and coordinating closely with Activities Coordinators.
• Demonstrate initiative and independent problem‑solving while following guidance and directions from coordinators.
• Handle, serve, and manage food items in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain, often on your feet for extended periods.
• Lift and transport materials and equipment up to 50 pounds safely.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of program participation, inventory usage, and activity setup.
• Clean and maintain activity areas, ensuring spaces remain safe, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Maintain extremely fine‑tuned organizational skills to manage multiple programs, storage areas, materials, and schedules accurately.
• Adhere to daily rotational schedules provided by Coordinators, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate initiative by using downtime proactively to organize, clean, complete projects, prep for upcoming programs, assist with pool and bay operations, or create spontaneous pop‑up experiences for guests.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other dynamic, high‑energy, and bold personalities.

• Must be fully available on weekends, holidays, and variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, and special events.
• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, entertainment, or event facilitation is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent physical and temperature endurance to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods of time, and participate in physical activities.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
• Tolerance for hot and humid Florida weather conditions, especially when working outdoors.
• Ability to move swiftly and efficiently around the facility, including beach areas, pool decks, and gym facilities.
• Effective verbal and non‑verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to clearly communicate in an emergency to direct guests and ensure their safety.
• Willingness to adhere to strict regulations and enforce those regulations as necessary.
