Watermark Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking an Activities staff member to support resident programming and quality of life across our Maryland communities.

The role emphasizes planning and implementing activities for short-term and long-term care residents, weekend and holiday coverage, and collaboration with care teams to foster engaging experiences for seniors.

Formación

• 2 years’ experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred.
• Experience working in short term and long term care preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• 2-4 years’ experience in resident programming preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
