What You’ll Do:

As an Activities Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Activity Director to help plan and lead engaging programs that support residents’ emotional, physical, and social well-being.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the implementation of scheduled group and individual activities
• Supporting residents during crafts, games, music, and special events
• Providing one-on-one interaction for bed-bound residents
• Observing and documenting residents’ participation and preferences
• Promoting a fun, inclusive atmosphere that respects all cultures and abilities
• Helping with setup, cleanup, and materials distribution for activities

What We’re Looking For:

• A CNA license (required)
• A warm, compassionate personality with a passion for seniors
• Creativity and energy to lead group activities and connect individually
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Prior experience in a long-term care or senior living setting is a plus
