Job summary

Normandy Nursing Center in Missouri is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team as Activities Assistants. You will support residents with personal care, feeding, and activities, while partnering with nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

CNA certification is required.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Must pass a state-issued CNA exam.
Ability to react decisively in emergencies and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
Assist Activities Supervisor with daily activities and obtain supplies.
Assist residents with grooming, bathing, feeding, and personal care.
Record vital signs and assist with ROM exercises as directed.
Provide direct and indirect resident care and communicate changes to nursing staff.
