New Perspective Winds at Mattern Orchard in Duncansville, PA is seeking a Life Engagement Coach to coordinate and execute enriching activities for residents. You will work with a supportive team to promote Living Life On Purpose through physical fitness, brain health, dining, and social enrichment.

This role offers training, advancement, education financial assistance, bonuses, and more, with a emphasis on compassionate service and hospitable care in a welcoming senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Ability to work in a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions in the resident's best interest.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calendar and personal schedules for the assigned neighborhood.
• Ensure supplies and technology are available to residents.
• Invite, encourage and assist residents in activities.
• Set up evening engagement agendas and follow up on execution.
• Work with monthly budget to support food, engagement and educational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families and team in a kind, respectful way.
• Provide hospitality and excellent service to residents, families, visitors and vendors.
• Maintain an attractive home environment that fosters engagement and social interaction.
• Occasionally drive community transportation for outings and appointments.

As the Life Engagement Coach (LEC), you will provide an enriching life experience by coordinating and executing lifeengagement activities with all residents. • Assists with the creation and execution for the calendar and the personal schedules for the assignedneighborhood
• Ensures an abundant amount of supplies and working technology is available to the residents
• Continually invites, encourage and assists the residents in all activities
• Sets up agenda for evening engagement, present plan to evening Caregivers and follow up the next dayto ensure the plan was executed
• Assists the team with the monthly budget to provide food, engagement, and educationalactivities.
• Communicates and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful andeffective way.
• Champions hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, andvendors
• Ensures that an attractive home environment exists at all timeswith a milieu that fostersengagement, socialization and purposeful living.
• Drive the community transportation vehicle for resident outings and appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
• Ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions and act in the resident’s best interest
