Job summary

Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Greensburg, PA is seeking an Activities Assistant to join on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will support the Activity Director by developing and leading engaging programs for residents, fostering a fun, therapeutic recreation environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; ability to relate professionally to residents and families; a passionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must relate professionally and positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with others.
• A wholehearted individual whose interests lie with residents and meeting recreation program needs.
• Must pass post-offer, pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive therapeutic recreation services and programs for each resident.
• Complete required documentation, assist with planning and leadership of special events, and maintain activity department supplies and equipment.
