The Residence at Presque Isle Bay in Erie, PA, is seeking a Part-Time Life Sharing Associate (LSA) to join our life enrichment team. You will lead daily activities, social events, games, and dynamic life-sharing programs to create a vibrant, meaningful environment for residents.

Shift is Daytime, flexible between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; pay rate is $13.70 per hour. If you enjoy bringing joy to older adults and helping residents stay active, this role offers a fulfilling daily impact.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior experience working with seniors, leading recreational activities, or working in personal care/memory care is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates with a heart for service are warmly welcome to apply!
