At Brightview Senior Living, our Wellspring Village is home to residents with Dementia and other cognitive care needs. The Vibrant Living Assistant in Wellspring Village will play a key role in helping our residents enjoy each day.

Responsibilities:

1. Get to know the residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that makes residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
2. Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music, and help organize and run these events.
3. Encourage residents to participate in activities and programs.
4. Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily events.

Salary Range: USD $17.50 - USD $20.25 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure: The salary range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits. Offers consider experience, qualifications, location, and other factors. Compensation ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted.

Qualifications:
