Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Springboro, OH is hiring a Life Engagement Assistant to plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic recreational activities for residents. You will establish programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness, collaborate with other departments, and assist in coordinating transportation for activities and appointments.

The role offers a $1,000 employee referral bonus, tuition reimbursement eligibility after three months of full-time employment, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CPR Certified.
• Valid State of Residence Driver’s License with safe driving record.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in Senior Living.

Responsibilities

• Establish, promote, and support programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness.
• Consult with other departments in implementing appropriate activities for Residents.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments
• May occasionally be responsible for resident transportation
• Assist in preparation of monthly Community newsletter
