Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC in Kentucky is hiring a Life Engagement Assistant to plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic recreational activities for residents, promoting enjoyment and overall wellness. The role collaborates with other departments, coordinates transportation for events and appointments, and may assist with a monthly community newsletter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Establish, promote, and support programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness.
• Consult with other departments in implementing appropriate activities for Residents.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments.
• May occasionally be responsible for resident transportation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Community newsletter.
