Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a part-time Recreation Assistant to help plan, implement, and evaluate social, educational, and cultural programs for residents, under supervision.

Must be currently enrolled in high school or have a diploma. Shifts 10:00a-5:00p or 11:00a-6:00p, 3 shifts per week including every other weekend; wage $16 per hour. Benefits include daily pay, comprehensive benefits, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
