Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated team member in Asheville, NC to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and social programs for residents. This full-time role supports a compassionate, family-like atmosphere in a skilled nursing facility.

Shifts are days, with a wage of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. On-demand and weekly pay options are available, and a comprehensive benefits package supports employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or be enrolled in high school.
• Ability to plan and facilitate recreational and social activities for residents.
• Willingness to work in a team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs.
• Align programs with residents’ assessments and care plans and as directed by supervisor.
• Contribute to a positive, family-like atmosphere in a skilled nursing facility.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
