Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA seeks a part-time Recreational Programs Assistant to help plan, implement, and evaluate a range of activities for residents in line with care plans.

Shifts are 10:00a–5:00p or 11:00a–6:00p, three shifts per week, including every other weekend. Wage is $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and on-site work in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating recreational, social, educational and cultural programs for residents.
• Coordinate activities in accordance with residents' assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with supervisor to provide a supportive, engaging environment for residents.
