Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a part-time Recreation Aide to support resident programs in line with care plans. You will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational and cultural activities under supervision.

Must be currently enrolled in high school or have a diploma. Shifts include every other weekend and 1–2 days per week, with wage of $16.00 per hour.

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Shift & Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed:

  • Every Other Weekend, 8:30a - 5:00p

  • 1-2 Days a Week, 10:00a - 6:30p

• Wage: $16.00 per hour
