Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of healthcare or social services setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and transport equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents with diverse interests and abilities.
• Lead groups and individual activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
