Job summary

Watertown Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an Activities Aide to facilitate group activities, encourage participation, and assist with outings, 1 on 1 activities, and resident transportation.

The role requires a Diploma or GED, creativity, flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia is a plus. Health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required.
• Creativity and ability to engage residents in activities.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia and special needs is a plus.
• Ability to self-motivate and adapt to scheduling needs (evenings, weekends, holidays).
