Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Accord, New York is seeking an Activities Assistant to help plan and implement weekly resort activities and events, delivering exceptional guest service and memorable experiences at our resorts.

You will coordinate activities from start to finish, plan and promote events, lead age‑appropriate activities, and manage supplies within budget while collaborating with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer service preferred.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on customer needs.

What you’ll do:

The Activities Assistant helps to plan and implement weekly resort activities and events. Activity Assistants provides exceptional customer service and ensures our guests have enjoyable and memorable experiences at our resorts.

Your job will include:

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• One to three years of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

• Estimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is: Hourly: $16.00 - $16.00 The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
