Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties seeks an Activities Assistant for our resort in Lutz, Florida. You will plan and deliver weekly activities and events to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities from start to finish, organizing events like Bingo and lunch gatherings, and ensuring smooth communication with management and staff. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

What you’ll do:

The Activities Assistant helps to plan and implement weekly resort activities and events. Activity Assistants provides exceptional customer service and ensures our guests have enjoyable and memorable experiences at our resorts.

• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
