Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Florida is seeking an Activities Assistant to coordinate resort activities from inception to completion, plan, schedule, prepare, promote and execute events, and run engaging programs for guests of all ages.

You will work closely with resort management to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining strong communication with staff and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer service with strong customer service skills.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and scheduling abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize by customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• One to three years of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
