Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) is looking for an Activities Assistant to join our Lenhartsville, Pennsylvania team. This role coordinates all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion and supports guests across various ages with engaging, well-organized programs.

You will plan, schedule, prepare, promote and execute events within budgets while maintaining strong communication with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Experience & skills you need:
