The Arbor Company is hiring an Activities Assistant to create meaningful programs for residents and support their health and spirit. You will engage with residents through the 6-dimensional program and foster connections with families in a caring, energetic environment.

Join a team focused on resident-centered care, growth opportunities, and supportive resources. This role emphasizes creativity, empathy, and teamwork within a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful and engaging opportunities for residents to thrive and improve their health and spirit through the 6-dimensional engagement program.
• Build deep connections with residents and families and positively contribute to their lives.
