Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking an Activities Assistant to provide meaningful and engaging opportunities for residents through our 6-dimensional engagement program.

You will build deep connections with residents and their families, use creativity in planning activities, and contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing well-being and happiness in a nurturing community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Experience working with seniors preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
