ALCOEUR GARDENS AT TOMS RIVER LLC is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to engage residents with Alzheimer's and dementia through various activities such as arts & crafts and games. The position offers flexible hours from 5-8 pm Monday through Friday and every other Sunday. Experience with seniors and children is preferred, but training is available. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Activities Assistant - Part-time

Available shifts: 5-8 pm Monday through Friday; every other Sunday, 5-8 pm.

Part-time positions to provide activities for residents who suffer from Alzheimer's and various forms of dementia in our facility in Toms River.

Activities include arts & crafts, bingo, The Price Is Right, Name That Tune, puzzles, etc.

Experience preferred, but we will train if you have worked with seniors and/or children.

Part-time positions would follow the calendar of activities provided by the Director and assist in decorating and executing celebrations for birthdays, holidays, and family gatherings, and more.
