Swanton Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an Activity Assistant to join our compassionate team in Ohio. You will organize and lead activities that promote residents' well-being, social engagement, and enjoyment, tailoring programs to each individual's interests and abilities.

You will collaborate with the Activities Director and care staff in a warm, patient-centered setting that values creativity, teamwork, and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in activities, recreation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A passion for working with seniors and individuals with varying abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm in planning engaging activities.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
