Job summary

Regency Pacific Management in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Weekend Shift Activities Assistant to provide and supervise enrichment opportunities that meet residents' physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs. You will support the care team and families, helping residents reach their highest potential.

This role emphasizes independent work, positive interaction with others, and advocacy for the senior population while assisting with the monthly calendar and recording

Qualifications

• Ability to promote and supervise activities for residents.
• Ability to document participation and mood in records.
• Coordinate with care team and families effectively.
• Work independently and relate well with others.

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities
• Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences
• Report to the activities director

You Will
