The role involves planning and implementing engaging programs for residents, ensuring their recreational and social needs are met. The Activities Assistant assists the Director of Activities in planning, organizing, developing, and directing quality activities for patients, ensuring that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs of each patient is met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
