Job Duties

• Provide recreational activities for residents by assisting in planning, conducting, evaluation, and participating in one on one, and group activities.
• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
• Provide accuracy in documentation by completing forms, reports, and logs
• Possess a positive attitude
• Treat each resident with care, compassion, dignity, and respect
• Are patient team players with the ability to adapt to easily to change
• Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
• Must be currently certified as a nursing assistant
