Responsibilities

• Plan and run engaging activities promoting social interaction and wellness for residents.

• Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere and invite participation from all residents.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of activity spaces and organize materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing engaging activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being for residents.
• Support residents in participating in various activities, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment.
• Collaborate with the activity coordinator to develop innovative programs tailored to the interests and abilities of residents.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere during activities and encourage participation from all residents.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity spaces and ensure all materials are in order.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
