Job summary

Trustwell Living at Blanchard Place is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead fun, meaningful experiences for our senior residents. This role supports daily enrichment and social engagement, with opportunities to create engaging activities on weekends.

You will need a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. Join a caring team that values compassion and smiles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; if not, the employer will help you obtain it.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Friendly and outgoing, and you enjoy being around seniors.
• You're a team player but also confident leading a group.
• Bonus points for experience in senior living, recreation, childcare, or roles making people smile.
• Creative thinker with ideas to make activities fun.

$15.00 Hourly - EVERY SATURDAY - 9:30am-2:30pm

Trustwell Living is looking for an Activities Assistant to help plan and lead fun, meaningful experiences for the amazing seniors who call our community home.

Schedule: Sometimes you’ll work weekends, holidays, or evenings—but those are often the most fun events anyway!

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification? Great. If not, we’ll help you get it.
• A valid Drivers License
• You’re friendly and outgoing, and you love being around seniors.
• You’re a team player but also confident leading a group.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in senior living, recreation, childcare, or any role where you’ve made people smile.
• Creative thinker – you’ve got cool ideas and love making things fun.
