Job Summary:

The Activities Assistant will partner with the Activity Director to plan and coordinate meaningful activities that enrich the lives of residents. This is a rewarding role that helps maintain a positive atmosphere. Sapphire will provide training and guidance to ensure confidence in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing the facility's life enrichment program
• Conduct one-on-one activities with residents
• Collaborate with community organizations or volunteers
• Document resident participation
• Decorate for holidays and special events
• Assist during mealtime as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
