Position Overview

The Activities Assistant plans and participates in personalized activity programs, including one-on-one interventions, small group, and large group activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and stimulation through the environment.
• Foster a sense of community.
• Lead and support individual and group activities.
• Implement various models like pet, music, or art therapy.
• Assist with decorating and event preparations.
• Create and post monthly activity calendars.
• Participate in recreational activities for residents in their rooms.
• Encourage volunteer involvement in the community.
• Keep records of activities and attendance.

Qualifications
