Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, FL is seeking an Activities Assistant to create a lively, engaging environment for residents. You will plan and implement a variety of recreational activities, promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

You will collaborate with the Activities Director to develop activity calendars, coordinate special events, and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff while keeping accurate records of participation

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and implement a diverse range of activities, including arts, crafts, music, exercise, and games, to promote resident engagement and socialization
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement activity calendars and programs
• Assist with the planning and coordination of special events, such as theme parties, holiday celebrations, and resident outings
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure resident satisfaction and well-being
• Maintain accurate records and reports of resident participation and activity evaluations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the quality of life for our residents
