The Lynmoore at Lawnwood in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking an Activities & Events Coordinator to help develop resident services, engage residents, and ensure events run smoothly.

You will plan and oversee a calendar of activities, coordinate programs from setup to cleanup, and partner with residents to create meaningful experiences that foster community and joy.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • One to three years of experience preferred in assisted living, long-term care, or with senior population.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, speaking the primary language of the residents.
  • Ability to inspire, encourage, and motivate older adults
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
  • Creative approaches to program development and event coordination; excellent organizational skills; ability to collaborate and build consensus.

As the Activities & Events Coordinator, your role includes assisting in the development and oversight of resident services, fostering resident engagement, and ensuring events run smoothly while maintaining a warm and welcoming community environment.

Position Highlights:
  • Status: Full Time
  • Schedule: 9 AM - 5:30 PM Two weekends a month
  • Location: 1550 N Lawnwood Circle Fort Pierce, FL 34950
What You’ll Do:
