Job summary

Heritage Hall Blackstone is seeking an Activities Assistant to develop, implement and encourage resident activities in a compassionate care setting. You will coordinate group and individual programs, supporting residents and their families with engaging and meaningful daytime and evening activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work nights and weekends, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in directing individual and group activities
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• A valid VA driver’s license
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively
