Job summary

Green Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Akron (Green), OH, is seeking compassionate healthcare staff for part-time roles with evening and Saturday shifts.

• Assists with such activities as sports, dramatics, games, and arts and crafts to help patients develop interpersonal relationships, to socialize effectively, and to develop confidence needed to participate in group activities.
• Assists with content of program in accordance with patients' capabilities, needs and interests.
• Encourages residents to develop leisure activities.
• Accompanies residents on outings such as ball games, sightseeing, or picnics to make residents aware of available recreational resources.
• Serves refreshments that meet dietary requirements of residents.
• Helps set up tools and aids for activities
