Job summary

Agawam South Rehab & Nursing is seeking an energetic and compassionate Activities Assistant to help create enjoyable, meaningful experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities include planning and facilitating recreational activities, encouraging resident participation, and supporting group and individual activities with the Activities Director and care team.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors or in healthcare setting preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
